What have I been up to?
Hello everyone ^^ Hope you all have been well! I figured I could make a quick blog post to just talk about what I've been doing or looking forward to!
It took me some time to actually post this draft due to being super busy with a Newgrounds contest entry, but in general, I've been doing okay. Pondering a lot over my future, my projects, having fun with some cool games, stuff like that! Also trying to detox from some stress and fatigue.

To start this off, I've been developing a proper index for my fanlisting network, since mine is currently just raw, ugly HTML. Most of my work has gone into finding fanlistings I liked and collecting them + making custom 50x50 icons. I might as well accept that I can add more to the list as I go :p I intend on making it go live sometime soon, but had to give it a break due to wrist pains.
I also tried writing a post on my experience regarding online communities and being an artist in them. I've been quite interested in writing about why I've been enjoying my current online life as well, but I've been stumped with it... I've scrapped things at least two times, since I don't want a post that's just me dooming over platforms that didn't work out, or communities I didn't like - there is some optimism to be found regardless, and I want to explore both the good and the bad properly.
Moving into some fun stuff, another plan I have is to write about a point n' click series I loved at the age of 15, and then write a game review on their newest title, which was released not so long ago! I won't spoil the game to keep the surprise, since it's worth seeing and experiencing <3 And there are other games I wish to talk about too, but those deserve their own posts/reviews, since I love rambling on the little things I appreciate about them.

On the more more miscellaneous activity end, I got back into ACWW on my DS, and it's been quite the comfort game for me lately. I can't wait to set up MelonDS on my PC and take screenshots of my village and room, everything is so cute and crunchy! I also recently fell in love with the idea of digging up fanlistings through the wayback machine, even though most of them have lost their icons to time. Seeing how TFL used to look back then is crazy to me - so many different options! We barely have as much nowadays, but it's enough to inspire us to make FLs for the stuff we love, all over again <3
And to wrap things up, I've been thinking about photography as a more serious hobby I could take. I've always loved taking pictures since I was a little kid, but I haven't found a camera I LOVE using yet. I thought about either emptying the old Canon camera my parents used to use for our trips, or taking my DSi for a walk and snapping pictures with it, but I may need to take a more serious look into different models and stuff. And besides, one can never have too many hobbies, I especially need something more relaxing.
And that's all for now, everyone! Just a simple post, nothing too crazy. I should get myself more used to those haha, they're fun!
